“I am Dick Donovan, the COO of the Gemark Corporation. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. I retired from the Eastman Kodak Company in 2000 where I served in that capacity for 32 years. Presently, I possess 25 years of experience managing silver recovery and film washing operations”.

"I am William Arenson. I am presently completing nine years as a Gemark employee. However, I have thirty-six years of experience in the precious metal industry, which includes refining, trading, sales and commercial management. While on the job, I am a sincere person who is humble, especially when dealing with Gemark's customers".

Robert "Bob" Arnold

"I am Bob and I joined the Gemark staff in June of 2000. I have 30 years of experience in the film and silver industry. I am knowledgeable in all phases of the film and silver industry and enjoy working with the NAID Membership. I reside in Sunny Arizona with my wife Blanche, one dog and a cat named Fred".

My job responsibilities include federal, state and local environmental compliance, plant/employee safety and OSHA compliance, Quality Assurance and Laboratory Analysis and Process Development/Chemistry".

Gordon Burgoyne
General Manager, Gemark's Exeter, PA Facility

"I am Gordon Burgoyne, the General Manager for Gemark's Exeter, PA facility. I have been employed with Gemark since 1998 and have been the General Manger for the Exeter, PA facility since the fall of 2000. I joined the Gemark team after spending seven years in the banking and accounting industry. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Utah. Presently, I am enrolled in the MBA program at the Penn Smeal College of Business".

"I am Herb Decker, manager for the Gemark Corporation in Exeter, PA and Gemark Land Service, Inc. I joined the Gemark team in June of 2000. I have 23 years of managerial experience. I maintain established customer contacts and plan production schedules for fulfillment of orders".

I have several years of experience in the private and public accounting industry that aid my daily responsibilities including payroll, taxes, accounts receivable and assisting the controller. I enjoy communicating with the new contacts that I have made both within and outside of Gemark".

“I am Janelle Filipkowski. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from College Misericordia. In April 2000 Gemark hired me as an Account Representative. Although my position has changed throughout the years, I remain in frequent contact with our customers in order to understand their needs and be sure that our customers’ needs are met and exceeded. As I have watched Gemark grow over the past years, one thing has remained constant, our devotion to our customers”.

Controller

“I am Karen Heeter and I joined the Gemark Corporation in October 2000. My position is Controller. My previous experience, before coming to Gemark, was a Project Manager and Certified Accounting Application Professional in Great Plains. My duties included the processing of all accounting and payroll functions in the Microsoft product”.

Deborah Trout-Kolb

“I am Deborah Trout-Kolb and I have extensive knowledge of the precious metal refining and dental laboratory industries. My commitment to ethical customer service and personal motto, "a precious metal refinery should be honest and ethical as well as be flexible enough to meet the needs of their customers," has helped me to excel in this specialized field. Additionally, my superior salesmanship has helped me attain numerous sales awards, which include capturing "Salesperson of the Year."

At Gemark Alloy Refining Corporation, my responsibilities include working with all the dental laboratories nationwide as well as jewelers and manufactures. By combining my expertise along with Gemark Alloy Refining Corporation’s market driven philosophies, I know that Gemark Alloy Refinery Corporation can continue to provide the services needed to satisfy and exceed the expectations of our customers”.

Plant Manager, Bluefield, West Virginia

“I am Mike Matherly and I am the Plant Manager for Gemark’s Bluefield West Virginia division. I have been with the company since December of 2000. My previous employers include Johnson's Roofing, Georgia Pacific, States Industries and Lowes. I enjoy the challenge of everyday work, problem solving and working with other employees”.

Cameron McElroy
General Manager, Gemark Alloy Refining Corporation

“I am Cameron McElroy, the General Manager of Gemark Alloy Refining Corporation. I have many years of experience in the precious metals industry and have held positions at Heraeus, Inc. and Pease and Curren, Inc. During the 2006 International Precious Metals Institute Conference in Las Vegas, I will present a paper entitled "Incineration of Combustable Materials for Precious Metal Recovery." Additionally, I am the author of  "Silver Reclamation from Photograhic Film" published by the International Precious Metals Institute, Precious Metals in 1997.

I hold a MBA in Managerial Finance from the Pace University Lubin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry from the State University College of New York at Oswego”.

Brian Perrego

“I am Brian Perrego. I have 16 years in the trucking industry as a Driver, driver manager and logistics manager. My responsibilities at Gemark include booking all inbound freight to Gemark facilities and setting up Class A trucks to haul general non hazardous dry van freight to all points in the 48 states”.

Midwest Sales Manager, Gemark Corporation

“I am Joel Peterson. I gain and manage accounts for Gemark Corporation. I have over 25 years experience in Silver Recovery for Photo labs, Printers, and Medical facilities. I can test, repair, recommend and install canisters or electrolytic Silver Recovery Systems. Not only has my past made me an expert in Silver Recovery. It also has provided me with the experience to help with compliance issues”.

Jennifer Rose
National Sales Director

“I am Jennifer Rose, a National Sales Director who manages a territory spanning over half of the United States. I bring over 20 years of sales experience to our corporation as well as strong attention to details, an overwhelming enthusiasm with customers and a thorough knowledge of the precious metals industry. I reside in Rhode Island with my husband, two daughters and one son who is currently serving in the United States Army.”

Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

“I am Nelson Saddler. I currently reside in Bluefield, West Virginia with my wife, Brandy. I was born and raised in Montcalm, WV. During my sophomore and junior year, I attended Princeton Vocational School and received a diploma in Auto Mechanics and Repair. After graduating from Montcalm High School in 1993, I managed two well known automotive parts stores (Advance Auto Parts and NAPA) for over 10 years.

I began work at Gemark Services of West Virginia in January of 2002 and became a Production Supervisor. Now, I am the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor. Additionally, I am a member of Deliverance Temple Church in Brushfork, West Virginia. I am blessed with my family and my work”.

“I am Jana Walls and I am a native of West Virginia. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with minors in math and computer science. Also, I have a Masters degree in Business Administration and a MS degree in Environmental Science. I have over 20 years of managerial experience.”
