1981 Gemark Corporation formed and incorporated


1989 A state of the art (polyethylene terephthalate (PET) recycling facility constructed in Exeter, PA


1996 Gemark Land Service opened


2000 Construction of the Co-generation facility in Bluefield, West Virginia


2001 The Gemark Alloy Refining Corporation division opened and started production in the reclaiming and refining of precious metal materials.
