GLS was created in 1995 as a way to ensure reliable, safe and secure transportation of our customers’ recycling, refining and precious metal materials. We removed third parties to guarantee that when you chose Gemark, there would be no security or safety concerns.
Our fleet serves Gemark’s four strategically placed facilities around the United States (Las Vegas, NV; Newburgh, NY; Exeter, PA; and Bluefield, WV) and assures that you are never too far from Gemark and the services we provide.
GLS ensures you, our customers, a reliable, safe and secure form of transporting materials from your facilities to our processing plants throughout America whether you’re shipping materials for precious metal refinement, or for recycling or document destruction.
All our company-owned trailers are equipped with the most sophisticated satellite tracking system in the transportation industry. Furthermore, our 14 U.S. Department of Transportation certified drivers each average more than 15 years experience on the road.
Our record for road safety is impeccable as we log an average of more than 1.9 million safe miles a year.
Gemark adheres to all state and federal regulations and our drivers utilize electronically-scanned logs so that we may further track the movement of goods.
